2022世界杯第一场裁判是意大利裁判奥尔萨托。
新京报2022年11月19日讯 11月21日0时，2022年卡塔尔世界杯将正式拉开大幕，东道主卡塔尔坐镇海湾球场迎战南美劲旅厄瓜多尔。11月19日，国际足联宣布，意大利裁判奥尔萨托将执裁这场揭幕战。
46岁的奥尔萨托来自意大利，2010年成为国际足联官方裁判。4年前的俄罗斯世界杯，奥尔萨托曾担任（VAR）视频助理裁判。2020年欧冠决赛，拜仁1比0击败巴黎，奥尔萨托担任主裁判。
奥尔萨托是卡塔尔世界杯的36名主裁判之一。11月9日前后，包括36名主裁判、69名助理裁判、24名VAR（视频助理）裁判在内，129名裁判先行抵达卡塔尔，参与了10天的前期准备工作，等待卡塔尔世界杯的正式开始。
据外媒报道，裁判团队先后完成了日常培训、体能测试、速度训练等。为了让裁判们提前适应卡塔尔当地的炎热天气，国际足联甚至提前组织了多场练习赛，测试体能的同时，检验裁判们的吹罚尺度。
对于主裁判奥尔萨托来说，执裁揭幕战无疑会面临前所未有的压力。除了助理裁判、第四官员组成的场边团队，VAR团队也将在幕后提供支持。卡塔尔世界杯期间，每场比赛的VAR团队都由7人组成，分别是VAR裁判、3名助理和3名视频回放操作员。

韦伯（英格兰）——曾执法05年社区盾杯切尔西2-1阿森纳、07年联赛杯决赛切尔西2-1阿森纳等英格兰国内赛事。
范德尔（德国）——曾执法2007年欧冠决赛AC米兰2-1利物浦以及08欧洲杯预选赛丹麦与瑞典的比赛，后一场比赛即将结束时，范德尔遭到球迷袭击并终止比赛，丹麦最后被判0-3失利。
瓦萨拉斯（希腊）——曾执法过德国世界杯，本赛季欧冠沙尔克04主场对巴塞罗那的1/4决赛。
罗塞蒂（意大利）——在德国世界杯上主吹过阿根廷6-0塞黑、巴拉圭2-0特立尼达多巴哥、墨西哥3-1伊朗与法国3-1西班牙的比赛。
温克（荷兰）——执法过本赛季欧冠巴塞罗那—凯尔特人、阿森纳1-1利物浦的比赛。
奥弗雷博（挪威）——执法过本赛季欧冠1/4决赛曼联主场对罗马的比赛。
米歇尔（斯洛伐克）——曾执法过韩日与德国世界杯，2004欧洲杯，03年欧洲联盟杯决赛。
梅胡托·冈萨雷斯（西班牙）——曾执法过07年11月意大利客场对苏格兰的欧洲杯预选赛，而其裁判生涯中最著名的一场比赛无疑是05年欧冠决赛利物浦逆转AC米兰的经典之战。
弗洛伊德菲尔特（瑞典）——曾执法本赛季欧冠1/4决赛第二回合利物浦4-2阿森纳、小组赛阿森纳3-0塞维利亚，切尔西2-0沙尔克04的比赛。
布萨卡（瑞士）——曾执法过06世界杯西班牙4-0乌克兰，阿根廷2-1墨西哥、2007联盟杯决赛等比赛。
